Overview

UKG is a people tech company that serves millions of workers and managers around the globe. Our enterprise software platform enables managers to hire, schedule, and pay their employees and helps employees manage their schedules, track their hours and pay, and enroll in benefits.

UKG was formed by a merger of two HR companies - Kronos and Ultimate Software Group.

MY ROLE

I am the Lead UX & UI designer on the UKG mobile app.

TEAM

I regularly collaborate with a content designer, and I work closely with 7 product managers and 5 scrum development teams. I am supported as needed with additional UX/UI contributors and accessibility and design system guidance.
